Evaluations

On your first visit the doctor will work hard to understand your health concerns and decide what type of care is best. You will receive a thorough chiropractic and neurological exam. You may or may not receive adjustments or other types of treatments.

On your second visit the doctor will re-check certain exam findings and provide recommendations for care both in our clinic and at home. You will receive a schedule for this.

On your third visit you will begin the full spectrum of care. This may include adjustments, therapy, musculoskeletal or neurological exercise and the start of your home program.

Re-evaluation will be a longer visit with a formal re-exam and more detailed recording. Re-evaluation is a key milestone to gauge your progress and determine the next phase of care.

Many patients seek out care at our clinic because they have problems that have not responded to many other forms of care. Often times the cause is a problem with how the brain is working. Many times there is no damage or disease, but simply problems with how areas of the brain are communicating. And even when there is damage, improving this aspect of communication in the brain often profoundly changes the health and function of the patient.
NOTE: Any changes you feel after one or two visits are always temporary. Lasting change always requires more work on the part of both the doctor and patient.
